City outdoor rinks closed for the season

Ottawa – The City of Ottawa is officially closing its outdoor skating rinks for the rest of the season. They were scheduled to close on Sunday, February 28 but warm weather conditions are causing the rinks to close a few days early. The City’s 236 outdoor rinks will open again next winter when conditions allow. For more information on the outdoor rink program, please contact the Seasonal Recreation office at 613-580-2590.
